I also found the details of the Co-Founders so I'll be reaching out to them. I've escalated this to the Privacy Team as the support team are in breach of Article 17 under GDPR ('right to be forgotten') and I will be opening a case to the Information Commissioners Office for further investigation. How on Earth is anyone meant to remember all this information for a subscription purchased 3 YEARS AGO? They claim this is to 'prove' identity, despite many other ways they could do this? Such as sending an OTP to my registered phone? Or just checking the email comes from my registered email address? Personally, I think it's just an excuse to keep your data so they can keep their user count inflated. They however ask you to verify the last transaction on your Nord Account, including amount paid, exact date, payment method, last 6 digits of the credit card, expiry date etc. (Im currently keeping my Bitwarden account active while I try out Nordpass.) Now that seems pretty stupid to have to have a second password manager that allows me to get into the first one. In fact, what I have to do is look it up in Bitwarden. ![]() You can't delete your account from the online portal and have to contact them (not ideal, but fine). Since I dont have to provide the general account password very often, I dont remember it. It is still in its early stages and as such decided to stick with my current Password Manager and try again in a couple years. I have been a happy NordVPN customer for years and decided to give the NordPass product a try. Avoid! Refusal to delete NordPass Account
